UBE originated and executed a $25M term loan facility to support the acquisition of saltwater disposal (SWD) wells by Southern Disposal Solutions, LLC (SDS) in Louisiana. SDS, together with its affiliate SFS, are privately held oilfield services and energy infrastructure companies providing saltwater disposal, hauling, and water removal services in the Haynesville region.
